1. If you are the winner of our Launchpad, how do you plan on developing your IP, once the comic with your story has been released?

I have started with the foundations to developing my Smokers Port IP by creating its own twitter account and building up its followers. So far reaching approx 150, the hope is to onboard more gradually and with the help of the launchpad opening it up to a broader audience. I am a member of PVFD and I have an Inhabitant and I love the community but I decided that the IP I wanted to develop was my Pirates of the Metaverse IP’s. The Pirates of the Metaverse community is a fantastic community they are very supportive and are always trying to help each other. I would ask community members for support, to help advertise, promote and band together to make Smokers Port into a bridge for all communities to get together. Within my story I would incorporate and develop the storyline of the uses that different smokes from different planets creates. I would like to create a Smokers Port comic. This would be the start.

With a solid foundation set with Smokers Port and the development of its own comic, I would look at the possibility of onboarding other IP’s to expand on the storyline. Since the Smokers Port is in the metaverse any IP is possible to be onboarded into visiting/trading in the Port. The adventure stories are endless and I would really like to incorporate my inhabitant and dots first. I’m wanting Smokers Port to be a common place in the Metaverse for all IP’s and with the right execution it could easily take off, again as the possibilities of developments are endless.

Along side the comic I would also look at bringing something physical to all owners of the comic as I think it is key to have a bridge between the real world and the virtual would. Therefore, staying on the theme of the comic any person that minted a comic would fill out a form and be sent various items. This could include; t-shirts, lighters, posters, grinders etc basically merch that would represent the issue.

I would also want to bring other people’s IPs into the comic to help with engagement of the community as I think it’s key to any brand. This is something I would want to look further into as I think it might be complicated with other people selling their IP’s through me. If this is doable it is something that’s key for me as I believe people aren’t using and developing their NFT’s as much as they could be. I’m hoping to gain the support of the community by not only creating storylines, comics etc but also incorporating as many people from the community into a team which is what they should feel like.

The long term vision of development is a working process but I would love to own land which would be named Smokers Port, a place to meet up and talk all things smokes. This could be done in VR similar to an art gallery but as Smokers Port bringing people from across the different NFT communities using their chosen avatars in a chill out zone like a Smokers Lounge rather than the usual discord server. Another thought would be having the ability to burn X amount of comics for either a physical comic of a particular issue or for an ultimate comic, containing all issues in the series as a finale. This would happen each time a series ended, so I would hope to create multiple series. I’m all about community and would actively seek their thoughts on long term developments.
